SaltLakeUsedCars.com is the LOCAL site to buy and sell cars in the Greater Salt Lake area. Users are welcomed from Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties as well as surrounding areas.

Sellers are able to list their vehicle for sale, and potential buyers can browse and search these listings. Because it is all local, you can contact sellers directly and meet in person to view the vehicle and to complete the purchase.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SELL A CAR ON SALTLAKEUSEDCARS.COM?

For individuals it is FREE to use our basic listing!

Here are our available packages for individual sellers:

• FREE - Listings last 30 days and are not renewable. You are allowed 5 pictures, 1 video, and 1 document.
• SILVER - Listings last 60 days and are renewable. You are allowed 10 pictures, 2 videos, and 5 documents. Only $5.00!
• GOLD - Listings last 90 days and are renewable. You are allowed 30 pictures, 10 videos, and 10 documents. Only $10.00!

HOW DO I LIST A CAR FOR SALE?

FOR INDIVIDUALS:

1. Click on SELL CARS on the SaltLakeUsedCars.com home page.
2. Click on REGISTER NOW.
3. Select the PRIVATE SELLERS option.
4. Enter your information.
5. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email you will receive.
6. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the SaltLakeUsedCars.com home page and sign in.
7. Under MANAGE LISTINGS, select CREATE A NEW LISTING.
8. Select which package you would like.
9. Enter vehicle information.
10. If you selected the free option you listing is complete, if you selected a package with a fee associated you must click on ACTIVATE/EXTEND on the MANAGE LISTINGS PAGE for the appopriate ad.
11. Click on ACTIVATE/RENEW for the package that you wish to use.
12. Chose a payment method (PayPal is the only option currently supported).
13. Sign into your PayPal account to complete the payment, or select to pay with a credit card/bank account without signing in.
14. You may edit your ad, add pictures, videos, and add documents from the MANAGE LISTINGS page.
15. Once our staff confirms that your payment has been received your listing will be activated.

FOR PROFESSIONAL DEALERS:

1. Click on SELL CARS on the SaltLakeUsedCars.com home page.
2. Click on REGISTER NOW.
3. Select the PROFESSIONAL DEALERS option.
4. Select the monthly package you want and the frequency of payment.
5. Enter your information.
6. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email you will receive.
7. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the SaltLakeUsedCars.com home page and sign in.
8. Click on SUBSCRIPTION INFO.
9. Click on ACTIVATE/RENEW for the package that you wish to use.
10. Under MANAGE LISTINGS, select CREATE A NEW LISTING.
11. Select which package you would like.
12. Chose a payment method (PayPal is the only option currently supported).
13. Sign into your PayPal account to complete the payment, or select to pay with a credit card/bank account without signing in.
14. Select CREATE NEW LISTING from MANAGE LISTINGS page.
15. Enter vehicle information.
16. You may edit your ad, add pictures, videos, and add documents from the MANAGE LISTINGS page.
17. Once our staff confirms that your payment has been received your listing will be activated.
18. Repeat steps 14 through 17 to list additional vehicles.

CAN I SAVE LISTINGS THAT I AM INTERESTED IN TO VIEW LATER?

YES! You can register a visitor account, then just click on FAVORITE on the listing to add it to your My Favorites area.
